Hovermap is the most versatile and robust LiDAR scanning solution on the market. Weighing only 1.6 kg (3.63 lb), it is easily deployed and can be switched between handheld scanning, drone-, backpack-, vehicle-, or pole-mounted scanning; or lowered in a cage, allowing you to collect data anywhere.
Our range of accessories gives you the flexibility to use your Hovermap unit in any environment, allowing you to get in and get out fast without waiting for calibration or fearing knocks and bumps. Get that scan done – anywhere, anyhow.

The Hovermap protective cage provides a complete scanning solution for those more challenging environments when walking, driving or flying are just not an option. The stainless steel frame provides hard wearing protection that is specially designed to slide smoothly, avoid snags and deliver great scans.
A quick-release polycarbonate clam shell cover provides additional protection from falling debris and moisture to the rear of the unit. Hovermap* is mounted in the cage using a vibration isolated, carbon fiber plate that incorporates a mounting plate suitable for V-Mount batteries** up to 50mm thick. A shackle and carabiner are also included to get you scanning quickly.
Fully compatible with Colorization for Hovermap.

BACK PACK
MOUNT
Scan comfortably while walking and keep Hovermap* secure when traveling with our hard case backpack. With a tough, water resistant polypropylene shell, the backpack provides external mounting and power for Hovermap. Inside, the backpack includes a custom cut foam liner and battery mounting suitable for V-mount style batteries up to 45mm high.

MOUNT
Hovermap’s lightweight design makes it easy to carry when conducting a handheld scan on the go. The Hovermap handle provides a comfortable, non-slip grip that attaches quickly and securely. Even better – we include a handle with all Hovermap units!
