Within the validity period, an authorized representative of the Buyer may accept a Quote by e-signing the document. The terms and conditions contained therein shall constitute the entire agreement between the Seller and the Buyer. The Seller will not be bound by any terms of the Buyer’s order that are inconsistent with the terms and conditions contained therein.
All pricing is in USD. All prices quoted are exclusive of all local taxes, including but not limited to GST, VAT, Sales Tax and/or Withholding Tax.
